As a founding Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Doug provides DISC assessments, Working Genius workshops, and customized training programs for teams across Fargo-Moorhead and the Upper Midwest.

With 25+ years developing high-performing teams across higher education, college athletics, and nonprofit sectors, Doug helps leaders master three critical areas: leading self, leading others, and leading leaders.

His expertise includes executive coaching, team effectiveness training, and implementing John Maxwell's proven leadership principles including the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.
